- AI-for-Good: The AI-for-Good demo showcases the power of AI to assist vulnerable populations and organizations supporting those in need. This demo shows a mobile app that helps a 16-year-old unhoused female find the nearest shelter by inputting her address. The app, powered by generative AI, accesses a shelter database to provide options and displays local shelters on a map with directions.
- Webex AI Agent for Contact Center: Cisco's latest innovations in the AI space are redefining customer experience (CX) in the contact center and beyond.
